1) Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to mct.hestaprynn.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Julie Potash Slavin, LMFT, also known as DJ Hesta Prynn (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing, or using any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Who May Use the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site.
  • You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.

3) Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password confidential and use a strong, unique password.
  • Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4) Course Access and License

  • When you enroll, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not share your login, redistribute lessons, post the content publicly, or use it to create a competing program.
  • We may update, add, or remove lessons. We may migrate platforms or formats.
  • “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the content is offered on our platform or a successor platform.

5) Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
  • Taxes may apply based on your billing address and applicable laws.
  • Refunds: Unless a specific offer page states a guarantee, all sales are final. If a guarantee is stated on an offer page or receipt, that guarantee controls.
  • If you enroll in a subscription product, it will auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel in your account or by contacting support before the next billing date.
  • Discounts, coupons, and bonuses are time-limited and subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.

6) Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or unlawful content.
  • Do not post other people’s private information. Remove identifying details if you share stories.
  • We may moderate, remove, or limit content or accounts that violate these rules.

7) Your Content and Feedback

  • You retain ownership of content you post or upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content to operate the Site and deliver the course.
  • If you submit a testimonial or give explicit permission, you grant us a license to use it for marketing with your name, handle, likeness, and statements, as permitted by law.
  • Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates the law.

8) Intellectual Property

  • The Site, courses, videos, worksheets, and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.

9) Third-Party Services and Links

  • The Site may include embeds or links to third-party services.
  • Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

10) Not Therapy or Medical Advice

  • The course is educational and coaching content. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care.
  • If you need clinical services, contact a licensed provider in your jurisdiction or call your local emergency number in a crisis.

11) Availability and Changes

  • We strive to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may change or discontinue features, lessons, or pricing.
  • We may suspend or end access to users who violate these Terms or applicable law.

12) Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific results. Your outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Oregon for all disputes that are not subject to another dispute process permitted by law.
