Scope. This Privacy Policy applies to the course site mct.hestaprynn.com and related course communications. For the main site hestaprynn.com please see the policy posted there. This course is educational and coaching content. It is not therapy and this policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Julie Potash Slavin, LMFT, also known as DJ Hesta Prynn, operates the Music Connection Therapy course site at mct.hestaprynn.com ("we," "us," "our"). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

This course is not a clinical service and this policy does not cover Protected Health Information. Do not submit sensitive health details in course comments or uploads. If you become a therapy client, you will receive a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from another region, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. Keep your password private and use a unique password for this site.
